GETTING STARTED


The first step is to visit the asbestos or silica course page and purchase a course credit. Be sure to type in your name correctly during checkout as this will be used on your certificate if you pass the course. We accept all credit / debit cards.

Once you’re logged in, head back to the asbestos or silica page and click ‘Start The Course’.

If you have a pre-paid code, please begin here: https://www.centralcompliance.uk/register/.

Your pre-paid code can be added towards the bottom of the page.

Please type your name carefully as this will be displayed on your certificate if you pass the course.

If you’re having problems with your code send us an email at support@centralcompliance.uk. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible and should respond within 24 business hours.

When entering billing information for the course please ensure that the zip code is the same as where the card is registered to avoid an error message.

TAKING THE COURSE

Simply visit our asbestos or silica course pages, scroll down until you reach the “Start the Course / Continue” button and then click! You’ll be taken to our Introduction page and then the course will begin.

We’re sorry that you’re having issues with the course. If there’s anything that you need assistance with please contact us in whichever manner is most convenient to you. You can email us at support@centralcompliance.uk or message us on our live chat anytime Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 5pm. Our advisors aim to respond to your queries within 24 business hours.

You progress through our course will be saved up to the point of the last page you completed, even if you lose your connection to the internet. All you have to do is head back to the last page you were on, or visit the asbestos or silica course page and click the ‘Continue’ button.

No, your progress throughout our course will be saved every time you complete a lesson. So you can fit the course around the rest of your life if you wish.

At the moment our course is only available in English, but if you would like to request a language please let us know.

Each page in our Asbestos Awareness course has audio narration, to ensure this is allowed on your browser setting go to the lock icon found to the left of the address bar once this appears ensure that sound is allowed for you to hear the narration or to select the mute option if you would prefer not to. Our Silica Dust course does not currently have the audio narration feature.


AFTER THE COURSE

All Category A Asbestos Awareness Certificates are valid for 12 months, starting from the date you successfully completed the course. The Silica Dust certificate is valid for 3 years from the date of completion.

If you pass then congratulations! An email containing your certificate will be sent to the email address you used for registration. All completion certificates will be sent within one business day.

You are allowed 2 attempts at passing the Final Assessment within the time limit. If you fail then you may purchase another voucher for the course and retake it at a convenient time.

If you feel there was an unforeseen reason which caused you to fail or if you are questioning the validity of our course then please get in touch with one of our advisors. We will fully investigate the complaint and try to resolve the complaint to the best of our abilities.

Yes, we will not prevent anyone who wishes to take the course again from doing so. However, you will need to pay for any subsequent course.

First of all, remember to check your junk folder! Our email may have been marked as junk or spam so it’s always worth checking there first. If you are experiencing a problem, just contact us and we will try to resolve your issue.

Our certificates include all the information supplied by you at the point of registration. If any of this information is in error, please let us know and we’ll see if we can help you.
